The HS-ZB Series EPS machine is designed for efficiency and precision. It integrates PLC control and a touch screen to handle the entire process, including mould opening and closing, material feeding, steaming, temperature control, vacuum cooling, and de-molding. The machine features a high-efficiency vacuum system and a condensate device that significantly reduces moisture content and accelerates the molding process. This vacuum support is especially useful for producing high-density and thick blocks, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.
Built from high-quality profile steel and treated with heat for added durability, the machine can withstand the expansion force of high-density products without deformation. Additionally, the mould cavity is coated with Teflon, which allows for easy de-molding and a smooth block surface. Optional features include a block conveying line and electronic weighing scale, further enhancing its versatility.
