Machine Structure of the EPS Machine:

  • The EPS machine is equipped with a material level sensor for precise control of the filling process. The block cooling is regulated by a foam pressure sensor. The entire sequence of filling, heating, and cooling is automatically controlled by the PLC. This automation not only improves production efficiency but also ensures consistent quality of the EPS blocks.


Note:
An economical type of the eps machine is available. However, it should be noted that the Germany gauge, foam pressure sensor, ISO - standard butterfly valve, and three valves steam system are exclusive features that are not included in the economical variant. These premium components contribute significantly to the performance and reliability of the standard eps machine.
